CRCA Strips are being manufactured from the HR Coils procured from TATA Steel Limited and process to produce CRCA - CRFH Strips and Coils.

At first HR coils slitted at required width at Slitting Machine, then these coils are being pickled to remove block schells then thickness are reduced at Cold Rolling Mill and afterwards next process is to annealing at Bell tip furnace after softening with white surface and the next process is skin pass to make smooth both upper and lower surface and afterwards the rust preventing oils are applied. At last CR Slitting are being done as per the requirement of customer.
